MS Series of Low-Voltage Brushless Servo Motors

Our MS synchronous servo motors are brushless three-phase motors for high-quality servo applications in industry and automation technology. Their key features include:

  • Rated torque from 0.1 to 115 Nm
  • Operating voltage from 24–650 VDC, with various winding options

MSP Series of Brushless Servo Motors with Pole Winding

Our MSP synchronous servo motors are the further development of the MP servo motors. As brushless three-phase motors with pole winding, they are suitable for high-quality servo applications in industry and automation technology.

The MSP motors are characterized by a particularly compact design. From frame size MSP3 upwards, these motors feature a 10-pole design, resulting in lower cogging torque and therefore smoother operation.

ST Torque Motors

The ST torque motor range with high-energy iron-neodymium permanent magnets was developed for direct-drive servo mechanisms without gearboxes in highly dynamic automated production machines. ST torque motors are characterized by the integration of the active components of STK motor kits – rotor and stator – up to a diameter of 300 mm into a housing with bearing shields, ball bearings, encoders or resolvers, hollow shaft, blind shaft or solid shaft, as well as cable or connector interfaces. ST torque motors therefore offer the same advantages as STK motor kits in terms of compactness, torque-to-weight ratio, volume-to-weight ratio, precision and reliability. They enable machine manufacturers to integrate a motor in cases where direct integration into the machine itself is not desired or possible. This is particularly relevant for machines without an integration frame, such as carousels or test benches. In addition, ST torque motors offer great potential for applications in cyclic machines with low inertia, as the motors provide high peak torques while maintaining reduced rotor inertia.
