Not every application can be covered by a standard product. That is why MACCON offers customized solutions – from standard components to fully custom developments. Depending on your requirements, we provide the following solution approaches:
Customers can directly integrate ready-to-use solutions. MACCON offers a broad portfolio of motors, drive electronics, sensors and matching accessories for this purpose.
When catalog products do not fully meet the requirements, we expand them with additional functions – such as extended temperature ranges or radiation tolerance. This creates cost-effective solutions that are precisely tailored to the application.
For applications where no standard product is suitable, we develop a solution from the ground up – 100% customized. Manufacturing can then be carried out by MACCON, typically from 10 to 100+ units, or alternatively by the customer, supported by licensing models and technical support.
When a turnkey complete solution is required, MACCON takes responsibility for the entire system design and verification. This includes the selection and combination of standard products, the development of new components including mechanics, procurement and manufacturing, as well as commissioning, testing and long-term support.
