Brushless Motors

TG Series

The TG Series comprises high-performance, slotless, frameless brushless motor kits optimized for high power density, low weight and zero cogging. The motors feature an ironless, wave-wound stator and are available in sizes from 50 mm to 1 meter – with power ranges from milliwatts to megawatts. The TG Series is ideal for applications requiring particularly smooth, low-vibration motion. It offers high torque and high-speed capability, making it suitable, for example, for satellite reaction wheels, haptic feedback systems and starter-generator systems in aerospace applications. Available as a frameless kit or as a motor assembly with shaft and bearings, the series provides maximum flexibility for different integration requirements.

Our frameless motors are designed to deliver exceptionally high torque and high efficiency in a compact, customizable design. Engineered for seamless integration into devices and systems, these motors enable precise motion control while offering the flexibility to meet individual application-specific requirements.

SA Series Frameless Axial Flux Motor

Our SA Series axial-flux motors are ideal for low-profile applications, such as moving camera systems, gimbals, scanning systems, imaging systems and image acquisition systems. The motors are slotless and therefore offer zero cogging torque. These axial-flux motors are designed for efficient manufacturing and are often the most cost-effective solution for direct-drive rotation. Thanks to their modular design, they can be easily scaled to large diameters with seamless transitions within the series. The motors can be realized in diameters from 30 mm to over 1 meter.

Megaflux™ Series Frameless Torque Motors

The Megaflux™ Series of high-performance, frameless, direct-drive brushless torque motors includes 12 frame diameters from 60 to 330 mm, with multiple stack lengths for each diameter. This ensures that one of our standard models is very likely to match your requirements. Continuous stall torque is available up to 181 Nm. Megaflux™ frameless torque motors offer a clear inner aperture, ID bore, of up to 582 mm.

Electroflux Series Frameless Torque Motors

The Electroflux Series of frameless torque motors provides high performance in a compact form factor and meets the demanding requirements of modern robotics applications. Whether for the development of surgical robotic systems, collaborative robots, cobots, or advanced defense technology, the Electroflux Series delivers high torque density in a flat design, enabling optimized integration and performance in demanding applications.
