Frameless Outer Rotor Motors

Our frameless rotary motors deliver high torque and are particularly easy to integrate. They feature high-performance magnets in a simple design and drive loads directly – without gearboxes or additional transmission elements. The motors can be integrated directly into a motion system, offering maximum flexibility in placement as well as straightforward integration of cooling lines and cables. The outer rotor design minimizes cogging torque and maximizes output torque. Ideal for medical applications, robotics and automation.

TG Series Slotless Motor Kit

The TG Series is a classic motor kit design. These lightweight, high-speed, slotless motor kits are particularly suitable for low-drag and high-precision applications, such as satellite reaction wheels, pumps, haptic robotics and, in some cases, drive and generator systems. Equipped with an ironless stator, minimal back EMF and an optimized permanent magnet rotor, the TG Series provides smooth, cogging-free motion while delivering high power density.

LSO Series Slotless Motor Kit

The LS Series motor kits are specifically designed for low-speed applications with the highest precision requirements, such as gimbals, optical systems and precision robotics. The motors in this series feature a large through bore and extremely low torque ripple. Like all ironless motor kits, they provide zero cogging torque and high torque density. The external stack design of the stator laminations also provides an excellent thermal path for efficient cooling across a wide speed range.
