Phytron’s STANDARD Industrial motors are particularly suitable for applications in mechanical engineering and industrial environments. Whether positioning slides, adjusting printing rollers, synchronizing the feeding and application of labels, or handling processes in mail sorting systems – these applications require continuously high and reliable performance. Precise running behavior, high torque and solid workmanship make our standard industrial motors an excellent choice when fast and accurate positioning is required in environments up to IP50. The phyBASIC series offers smooth running behavior, high torque and solid workmanship, while the ZSS series is particularly impressive thanks to its very balanced, smooth and low-resonance running behavior with maximum positioning accuracy. In addition, the ZSS series can also be operated in an extended temperature range from -30 to +120 °C.

Precision Stepper Motor with Optimized Geometry and Magnetization for Smooth Running Behavior
The ZSS Series stepper motors, 19–56 mm, combine maximum precision with smooth running behavior. With up to 102,400 addressable positions, based on a 200-step motor in microstepping operation with 1/512 step resolution and encoder, the ZSS motor offers maximum positioning accuracy. Due to the geometric properties of its design, the ZSS motor provides very balanced, smooth and low-resonance running behavior. Benefit from low noise, the typical smooth motor motion and excellent results in optical or mechanical precision applications.

High precision, high torque and smooth running
The phyBASIC motor series combines the advantages of a cost-optimized design with excellent operating characteristics. This makes phyBASIC motors particularly suitable for standard applications in mechanical engineering and industry. Smooth running behavior, high torque and solid workmanship make phyBASIC an excellent choice when fast and accurate positioning is required in environments up to IP40.
