LEU IRONLESS MINIATURE LINEAR MOTORS
Our partner ANORAD is one of the pioneers for linear motor technology and offers broad product range both for ironcore and ironless linear motors. Our linear motor have a high force density, high stiffness and don't need maintenance.
The LEU linear motors are miniature ironless linear motors which are well suited for applications requiring extreme smoothness due their cogging free design. The LEU miniature linear motors find their applications in microscopes, optical equipment like scanners, in semiconductor and micro pick&place machines.
The most important properties:
- optimised design for best performance
- high acceleration
- perfect smooth operation due to zero cogging
- various version of coils and magnet assemblies
- peak forces from 20 to 120N
- cont. forces from 7.5 to 40N
- no magnetical attraction
We can also develop and supply custom design, e.g. modified winding data, vacuum versions, and also completely custom versions.
