LXY(Z) - XY(Z)-TABLES BASED ON VOICE COIL TECHNOLOGY
The LXY(Z) range of multi patented voice coil actuators are based on the design of the LAL linear voice coil actuators. They have been designed to provide solutions for application requiring further miniaturisation also in the area of xy(z) tables. Excellent performance by selection of high quality components and solid is guaranteed as with all SMAC actuators.
Most important properties:
- no cogging
- standard stroke xy 10 / 25 / 60 / 100mm (depending on model)
- stroke for LXYZ6 6mm in each axis
- peak force up to 100N (LXYZ6 1.2N for xy-axis, 2N for z-axis)
- high dynamic response, low moving mass
- high overload capacity (max. ED 40% at peak force)
- limit- and home switch integrated
- encoder resolution 5 / 1µm
- repeatability +/-2 counts
- custom versions possible!
