Servotube Linear Actuator in stainless steel for washdown applications

Copley comes up with a brand new design of the servotube actuators in stainless steel, ideally suited for applications ins pharmaceutical and food industry; to meet the typical requirements the stainless steel actuator comes with a very smooth surface and meets protection class IP69K. To be compatible to other servo drives the new actuators have been designed in 600V technology and the encoder is a digital incremental encoder plus hall effects. The absolute accuracy is +/-400 µm  and the repeatability is 25µm.

In a first step the ServoTube Hygienic comes in two version – the models XHB3804 and XHB3810 offer maximum forces of 744 and 1860N. The optional watercooling allows a increase of the continuous force of up to 70% for applications with high duty cycle or for operation at high ambient temperatures.
