SERVOTUBE MODULE
The Servotube Modules are ready-to-use linear motor tables, for which the
Servotube Motors are built into a single bearing rail; they are equipped with drag-chain and optionally with limit switches and optical encoders.
The advantages of the Servotube Motor of course are applicable for the Servotube Modules as well, especially the integrated feedback system, which makes the Servotube Modules a very cost-effective linear motor table. Of course additional optical encoder systems can be integrated on customer request for improved resolution and accuracy.
- high force density: 6 to 255N cont. (46 to 1,860N peak)
- wide operational range: up to 1.5m stroke (depending on size)
- integral feedback (sine/cosine, 1 Vss):
- 25,6mm signal period (resolution 8 µm with ACCELNET-controller)
- 51,2mm signal period (resolution 12 µm with XENUS-controller)
- 71,2 mm signal period (resolution 20 µm with XENUS-controller)
- optional optical encoder: for improved resolution down to 0.1µm
- high protection class: IP67 standard (optional food grade)
- Plug & Play: ready to use motor files for Xenus/Accelnet-controller, cable etc. available
- mechanically robust single rail bearing: Mount load directly to forcer
- drag chain integrated
- bellows option

- direct drive: dynamic, precise, no backlash, quiet, no maintenance
To make the selection process easier for the user we also offer suitable controllers of the Xenus or Accelnet series (see
Xenus or Accelnet controller). This leads to easy to use Plug & Play solution, which can be used as single axis solution (indexer operation or ASCII-commands via RS-232) or as distributed multi axis network solution via CANopen or EtherCAT.
