LINEAR MOTOR AXIS

In the most applications linear motors are used as components and the customer is responsible for the integration with sensors, bearings, cable management etc.; so this means quite some effort for the customer to be able to use the advantages of this modern technology and at low quantities or limited engineering capacities it is sometimes questionable whether it can be done.  That's why we offer some ready to use linear motor tables for several applications:

• Servotube Module: the cost-effective solution for handling applications with up to 2m stroke; IP67, no external feedback required, repeatability +/-12µm
• BLMA: for handling applications with up to 6.3m stroke with plastic rollers; repeatability +/-10µm
• LMS: the best compromise between performance and cost: several sizes with up to 960mm stroke; encoder resolution selectable
• LXR: the precision solution in three sizes with up to 2.85m stroke; repeatability of +/-1µm
• LX80: miniature linear tables with up to 750mm stroke at only 75 x 45mm cross section; repeatability +/-1.5µm
• MX80: miniature linear tables with up to 150mm stroke at only 80 x 25mm cross section; repeatability +/-0.4µm
