MX80 - MINIATURE LINEAR LEADSCREW TABLE

The MX80 series of miniature linear tables are available with manual drive mechanism (MX80M), with leadsrew and rotary (stepper) motor (MX80S) and also as linear motor driven tables (MX80L and long stroke version LX80L).

The manual MX80M micrometer driven stages for exact point to point positioning. They include innovative tooling features to make mounting and precision alignment quicker and easier. A hardened steel master reference surface is provided along the side of the stage to allow fixturing or other tooling elements to be precisely aligned with the actual travel path.

The motor driven MX80S linear tables use 2mm lead precision ground ball screw  (MX80SP) or a high efficiency PTFE coated leadscrew (MX80SS) offered with 1 mm, 2 mm, and 10 mm leads and can be driven by either a servo or stepper motor.  The repeatability is specified down to +/-1.3µm. Several axis can be combined to multi axis systems. The MX80S miniature linear tables are available with strokes from 25 to 150mm.

    • MX80SS: high efficiency PTFE coated leadscrew (lead: 1, 2 or 10mm),  repeatability +/-5.0µm

Another important supplement is the precision vertical lift table ZP200, which offers precise vertical translation for elevating small or large payloads
up to 76kg. The ZP200 series is available with standard or precision grade.
