MX80L MINIATURE LINEAR MOTOR TABLE

The MX80L miniature linear motor driven tables offer highest level of throughput and reliability although they are very compact (cross section only 75 x 45mm). All essential components are integrated. The linear motor of the MX80L is an innovative and patented slotless linear motor which was optimised regarding force, speed and acceleration. A high precision optical linear encoder system offers several choices of resolution from 10nm to 5µm and allows repeatbilities down to +/-0.4µm.
