400XR - PRECISON LINEAR LEADSCREW TABLE

The precision linear tables of the 400XR series are used in applications requiring high precision and long life. The very good repeatability of down to +/-1.3µm is achieved by innovative ball screws. Optionally the 400XR linear tables can be prepared for cleanroom. Of course various tables, which are available in 5 frame sizes and several lengths options, can be combined to multi axis systems.
