LEADSCREW ACTUATOR / LEADSCREW TABLES

The classical solutions for linear motion applications in industrial applications are linear actuators and tables where the rotary motion of a motor is translated into linear motion by means of a leadsrew or timing belt. With this concept it is possible to create linear tables and linear axis in a great variety so that it is possible to match the requirements of a lot of applications regarding force, dynamic response, accuracy, etc. Based on leadscrew technology also linear actuators, where the leadscrew is the moving rod, are possible. These actuators today are often used as replacement for pneumatic cylinders.  We supply both industrial leadscrew actuators like the ET-cylinder (also available in IP65) and linear handling axes and linear precision tables:

  • ET-Cylinder: the leadscrew actuator with 44kN at up to 2m stroke and repeatability +/-0.07mm
  • 400XR: precision leadscrew table with up to 2m stroke at +/-1,3µm repeatability
  • 400XE: cost-effective leadscrew table with up to 700mm stroke at +/-20 ... 30µm repeatability
  • MX80: miniature leadscrew table with up to 150mm stroke at +/-1,3µm repeatability - also available as vertical lift platform and manual micrometer positioner
