BRS BISTABILE DREHMAGNETE
Bistabile Drehmagnete sind rotatorische Betätigungsmagnete die speziell für Papiertransportsysteme, wie z.B. Banknoten-Sortieranlagen, entwickelt wurden. Durch Permanentmagnete gibt es zwei stabile Endlagen, in denen der bistabile Drehmagnet ein Haltemoment erzeugt ohne dafür Strom zu brauchen. Für das Umschalten von einer Endlage zur anderen wird nur ein kurzer Stromimpuls benötigt; die Drehrichtung ist von der Polarität der angelegten Spannung abhängig..
Die wichtigsten Merkmale dieser Drehmagnete sind:
- Drehwinkel bis +/-55° um die Mittelposition
- Endanschläge optional
- Drehmoment bis 0,4Nm
- hohe Lebensdauer durch Verwendung von Kugellagern
- keine Linearbewegung
- schnelle Reaktionszeit: Schaltzeiten < 5ms möglich
- optional: viskose Dämpfung mit Ferro-Fluiden: gleichmäßige Bewegung, sanfte mechanische Anschläge, weniger Schaltgeräusche
